Hello, I’m ShindaHotaru or Hota for short. This website showcases a selection of my creations such as illustrations and comics. Most of them are in a children-book-y style and are extracts from inspiring themes such as Nature, bugs, frogs, plants, space or simple sceneries. Ghosts have lives, too, mind you.
These two panel comics are about a Ghost and their various situation in life that present surprises, strangeness or funny encounters. Each message or plot is told in only two panels and mostly greyscale. Some comics are about very basic experiences, others draw inspiration from disorders such as depression or ADHD while others spread awareness on bacteria. And some just want to make the reader smile.
Ghosts come in many shades, professions and personalities!
